- All discounts and guarantees are issued by tracking the vechicle with a windshield decal. This is done when the cashier gives you the receipt after you have paid for your service. Your name and VIP number will appear on the bottom of your receipt IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF YOUR VIP NUMBER AS IT APPEARS ON THE RECEIPT. If an error was made when the cashier scaned the decal, please notify them and they will gladly reissue you a corrected receipt. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE YOU GO THROUGH THE CAR WASH, ONCE YOU HAVE GONE THROUGH THE CAR WASH IT CAN NOT BE CHANGED.
- All discounts and guarantees, when applicable, will be applied automatically at the cash register when the decal is scanned. The discounts CAN NOT be overridden. The only reason why a discount or guarantee will not be applied if:
- The decal was not scanned correctly on your last visit.
- The decal was not scanned correctly on your current visit.
- You are not returning within the specified time frames.
- It is your responsibility to verify that the VIP number is correct on your receipt as stated in # 1.
- Membership is valid one year for the stated vehicle on this form. Every vehicle requires its own membership, even if it is registered at the same address. Membership is not transferable . Any changes in ownership or registration to the vehicle will require a new membership. There is a $5.00 discount on all renewals.
- Any abuse or fraudulent act will cancel the membership and its privileges.
- It will take up to 3 business days to receive your membership by mail
- This program is subjected to changes at any time without notice.
